Life in the EU is complicated - not the least for the second home owner - who pays what, & where.

1. If you don't declare your rental income then your house is at risk!
2. How long do you stay in your second home? Is is really your main residence? Should you be considering registering as resident for tax purposes?
3. Which country does your income originate from?
4. If you are retired then you may be better off declaring yourself as resident in France!
